Chris Allen and Jake Trowbridge break down how to approach Parker Washington in dyansty fantasy football leagues for the 2026 offseason.

Parker Washington's late-season emergence was one of the biggest surprises of the fantasy season in 2025, especially in a room of pass catchers that included Brian Thomas Jr. and Travis Hunter.
From Week 16 onward (four games, including their Wild Card loss), Washington led the WR room in target share (31%), air yards (43%), utilization score (94) and fantasy points (21.8).
With Hunter on the mend, Jakobi Meyers in the picture as well as question marks swirling around Thomas, where does that leave Washington in dynasty fantasy football leagues?
Chris: Can I say something real quick? Parker Washington becoming a revelation during the Jaguars' post-season run isn't fair. Teams shouldn't be able to have their first-round WR from the previous season play poorly, their first-round WR from the latest draft available for less than half the season and still have Trevor Lawrence averaging the fifth-most passing yards per game over the final six games.
Sorry, had to get that off my chest.
In any case, let's use the same "talent vs situation" approach that we applied to Allgeier.
Target Share (from Weeks 13-18): 18.7%, 30th (out of 83 qualifiers - min. 50% route rate)
Yards per Route Run: 3.2, 2nd
YAC per Reception: 6.5, 7th
Like Allgeier, I have no doubt about Washington's ability with the ball in his hands. However, unlike the Falcons' rusher, the path to a situation close to or better than the final third of the '25 season is hard to visualize.
As I mentioned earlier, Brian Thomas Jr. and Travis Hunter fell short of expectations. But while both were active, Washington's route rate was at 53%. And Jakobi Meyers just got a three-year, $60M extension. At best, Washington has two receivers in front of him with more invested in them by Jacksonville, and who operate in the same area of the field. If you can move Washington now, I'd entertain a deal. Otherwise, he'll fall to a low-end WR3 with his teammates back and healthy.
I could see the Jags moving Hunter into a mostly defensive role with a few offensive packages sprinkled in. Because any good coach finds a way to maximize their players. And when given a chance, Washington proved that he deserves more of the spotlight. So it sounds like you and I are ideal trade partners in this situation.
